All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Orders

Placing an order on the VAELORA website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. VAELORA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate circumstances.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.

VAELORA does not intentionally store complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on its servers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

VAELORA currently ships across India.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the destination. Ahmedabad deliveries are generally estimated at 1–2 business days, other cities and towns at 3–7 business days, and remote locations at 5–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

VAELORA follows a No Return & No Exchange Policy.

All sales are final except where VAELORA provides a resolution for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should review product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and other product information carefully before placing an order.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact VAELORA within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, an unboxing video where available, and a description of the issue.

After reviewing the submitted information, VAELORA may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution where the issue is verified, subject to applicable law.

10. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If you wish to request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@vaelorajewels.com. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

11. Jewellery Care

VAELORA jewellery should be handled and stored carefully.

Damage caused after delivery through improper handling, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, cosmetics, moisture, improper storage, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a replacement, refund, return, or exchange.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout, including their name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.

VAELORA shall not be responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
